These terms and conditions apply to Hydro Blue’s mobile pressure washing services for trucks and machinery in Australia. By booking a service with us, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
Services
Hydro Blue provides specialized mobile pressure washing for industrial vehicles and machinery. We utilize professional-grade equipment to deliver high-quality cleaning directly to your site.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are estimates provided based on the information provided by the customer and the expected condition of the vehicles or equipment. Final pricing may change if the actual condition of the machinery differs significantly from the initial assessment.
Access & Site Requirements
The customer must provide safe access to the site and adequate space for our vehicles and equipment to operate. Where required, the availability of clean water and power must be ensured by the site manager or customer to facilitate the service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A reasonable notice period is required for any changes to scheduled bookings. Late cancellations or rescheduling requests may incur a fee to cover lost logistics and scheduling costs.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service completion or as otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods include direct transfer and credit cards; all amounts are in AUD.
Liability & Damage
Hydro Blue takes every precaution during our cleaning process; however, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, issues caused by poor surface condition, or failures of machinery components due to age or lack of maintenance.
